Our Story
Founded by Sonia, a lifelong seeker, healer, and guide, Laguna Flow Academy CIC combines personal expertise with collective knowledge. Sonia’s journey spans Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Flow yoga, Reiki, meditation, hypnotherapy, and more. Guided by her passion for holistic wellness, the academy offers practices that are accessible, inclusive, and adaptable to every stage of life.

Events
Opportunity to develop your practice during a varied morning session. We will combine some dynamic flowing yoga. Followed by lunch & the opportunity for the group to take a walk or relaxed by the beach. In the afternoon the practice will be gentle & restorative with some longer held supine stretches. The afternoon will end with a guided relaxation practice known as Yoga Nidra.
THERE IS NOTHING LIKE SPRING, IT IS A TIME FOR STRIKING A BALANCE BETWEEN YIN AND YANG—AND AS A “SPRING CLEANING” OF STAGNANT ENERGY THAT HAS BEEN STORED OVER THE LONG, DARK AND COLD WINTER MONTHS. THIS YOGA PROGRAM IS DESIGNED TO FACILITATE THAT AWAKENING; TO GATHER AND DRAW ENERGY INWARD, AND THEN RELEASE IT OUTWARDLY AS A METAPHORICAL PLANTING OF SEEDS.

Explore the concept of non-stealing /Asteya, through breathing technics, meditation and yoga poses. On Sundays practice we will move in to a heart opening flow, shoulders stretch and some back bends. Wednesdays Yin practice designed to draw awareness to the heart energy center. This practice will allow you to become aware of the energy that flows through this space so that you can connect with your heart chakra. See you on the mat
